Motivation : My role today gives me the opportunity to put my expertise and interest in financial innovation to good use in the service of issues that are bigger than ourselves (environmental transition, social justice, regional development). My various past experiences have convinced me of the need to work on redirecting capital towards companies, but also towards everyday assets (electric vehicles, reused containers, etc.) at the heart of new impact models.

Making this investment approach accessible to as many people as possible adds an extra dimension to the vision I want to embody.

For me, running erable° is a concrete expression of my vision of a world where responsible and transparent investments act as a catalyst for the ecological transition. My background in finance and project management has convinced me of the need to redirect capital towards companies that have a positive social and environmental impact. At erable°, we are developing innovative financial models to enable everyone to invest in sustainable development projects. My aim is to make impact investing accessible and beneficial, supporting projects that shape our common future.

Background: After a Master’s degree in management and innovation at HEC Paris, I gained experience in strategy consulting in emerging countries at Altai Consulting and in investment funds in New York. I have acquired expertise in asset financing and innovation to meet environmental challenges.

Interests: In addition to my interest in financing the common good, I have a particular interest in education, a field in which I have worked in the past. I’m also very keen on sport (football, surfing) and literature!

Victoria Groc

Customer and Open-mindedness Officer

Motivations: I wanted to join a start-up that puts sustainable development issues at the heart of its strategy, and I was won over by WE DO GOOD’s values and desire to activate positive-impact finance.
What’s more, I’ve always admired the career paths of entrepreneurs, and I sincerely hope to contribute to their success through WE DO GOOD!

Tasks: To support and advise entrepreneurs in their fundraising efforts.

Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business and Entrepreneurship at Audencia Bachelor, during which I joined various companies and start-ups for Business Development and Digital Marketing work placements.

Interests: I’m very interested in the world of entrepreneurship and ecology. Beyond that, I particularly enjoy travelling to immerse myself in other cultures, see beautiful sunsets, eat tapas and spend time with my friends.

Sandra Dupont

In charge of coaching and caring

Motivation: Participating in the development of positive and innovative projects is my main source of motivation. Accompanying passionate entrepreneurs in a positive-impact economy by putting finance at the service of the environment, society and ethics in general meets the present and future needs raised by these issues and motivates me in my choice of career path. WE DO GOOD’s inclusive and collaborative approach was another reason to join the team!

Tasks: To support, listen to and advise project owners and investors in their financing and investment process on WE DO GOOD.

Background: After a degree in law, I went on to do an M1 in transition towards sustainability and this year I’m continuing with an M2 in Adaptation to Climate Change at the University of Versailles Saint Quentin.

Interests: I love walking (and meeting animals), I don’t miss a Koh Lanta evening and I can watch hours of crime documentaries. I enjoy sharing simple moments with friends and family over a home-cooked meal, and talking about the beauty of Puglia in Italy.

Paul Boutelier

Investment & Business Development Analyst

Motivation: Convinced that there is a correlation between achieving a company’s economic objectives and its sustainability imperatives, my passion for innovation in finance is a daily driving force in enabling everyone to finance the real economy.

Tasks: To support and advise entrepreneurs in their financing efforts, and to rethink finance so that it genuinely serves environmental and social causes.

Background: I graduated from ESSCA with a Master’s degree in Corporate Finance. I broadened my expertise with experience at EY in Luxembourg, then in private banking at UBS in Paris, in M&A at Fournel Advisory and in private equity at Impact Partners.

Interests: Apart from my interest in entrepreneurship, I’m passionate about music, travel and sport.

Anaïs Bouchet

Product Director (CPO) – Head of Sustainability

Motivation: By working to implement financing models based on revenue sharing, I seek to materialise tangible and transparent links between investors and transformative projects that shape a sustainable and desirable future for generations to come. Drawing on my expertise in product management and sustainability, I am fully committed to this vision, because it is essential to reinvent our business models to incorporate sustainability as a core principle, not as an afterthought.

Background: Engineering degree from ISAE-SUPAERO, supplemented by a Master’s degree in Innovation Strategy & Management from X-HEC, and a Master of Science from Tsinghua University. Previous experience as a consultant at Stim, where I developed skills in project management and corporate strategy.

Interests: I am passionate about social entrepreneurship and sustainable development. As an active member of the Pour un Réveil Écologique association, I’m also involved in activities that promote environmental and social commitment. Outside my professional and community commitments, I find time for reading, yoga and travel, always seeking to discover and learn about new cultures and perspectives.

Vincent Katchavenda

Director of Operations

Motivation: I am determined to contribute to a more just and regenerative world. I see Web3 and blockchain technologies as a powerful means to empower communities to create, operate and govern equitable, inclusive and sustainable socio-economic systems. My deep desire is to use my skills, knowledge and resources to make a significant contribution to the development of regenerative systems and inspire others to join the movement.

Background: With a Franco-German baccalaureate, I initially began my studies at EDHEC Business School, but chose to interrupt my course to devote myself fully to entrepreneurship. This has enabled me to learn ‘on the job’ since 2017 and adapt my skills to the challenges I face.

Interests: Passionate about social entrepreneurship and blockchain technology, I actively participate in working groups on social impact and sustainability and contribute to awareness-raising initiatives at French and European level. I’m also involved in a variety of artistic projects. Of course, I’m also, and above all, a bon vivant who likes to enjoy life.

Maria Angustias Medina Cañadas

Finance/Investment Support Officer

Passionate about impact investing, Maria Angustias (you can call her Marian) aims to leverage finance for positive change. With a strong background in finance, sustainability, and management, she supports clients and investors at WE DO GOOD. Previously, she gained valuable experience in audit and the sales department, honing her analytical, communication, and organizational skills. Outside of work, she loves sports, especially football, and exploring new cultures.

I’m Antoine Zehnter, Investor Relations Officer at WE DO GOOD. With a background in finance and a focus on ESG, I’m passionate about impact investing. I work to support investors throughout their journey and build strategic partnerships. My international academic experience has strengthened my commitment to connecting sustainability with profitability.

Creative at heart, Sasiya is responsible of improving Erable’s products with an user centric approach to improve user experience across Erable° product. She is also the one to look for if branding advices are needed as she also take part in keeping Erable° branding identity consistent. With strong values at the center of her work, it was only natural for her to work for a impactful start up as Erable°.

Néroli Prak

Technical Product Manager

As Technical Product Manager at erable°, Néroli serves as a bridge between our teams and our customers’ needs. Her role is to deal with tickets, requests and feedback from users, providing appropriate solutions, whether related to design, conception or technical aspects.

Motivated by her commitment to projects with a positive impact, particularly on the environment, she finds this role an opportunity to combine her technical skills with her passion. In her free time, she enjoys playing the violin and the piano, as well as sports such as gym and climbing.
