Course : Master in Management at Audencia Nantes. 2 years of experience as a marketing & CSR consultant, responsible purchasing policy project manager, marketing manager in the field of renewable energies.

Interests : I am passionate about social entrepreneurship, and I invest myself as a gangster at MakeSense. Apart from wanting to change the world, I also want to enjoy life, which I love to do with football, dance, martial arts, parties with friends, dating, cinema …

Susana Nunes

Co-founder – Responsible for communication and optimism

Motivation : there are so many positive energies, inspiring people and projects leading to change … what motivates me is therefore the desire to stimulate and disseminate all this optimism, to help create a favorable and fair environment for more common sense, creativity and sharing! I have worked for companies, associations, public bodies … the observation for me is obvious: we would gain a lot if we gave more space to collective intelligence and the power to act of each.

Background: Master in Communication at Sciences Po Paris, 6 years of experience as a communication officer.

Interests : I have a certain difficulty separating work from my interests because I am mainly involved in projects that are close to my heart! But I really like traveling, literature, cities like Istanbul and Lisbon, chatting with passionate people, nature, all types of felines… and eating well!

Emilien Schneider

Co-founder – Responsible of coding and pragmatism

Motivation: since the ecological emergency became obvious to me, I wanted to be able to join my skills in IT development to a project that has a positive influence on this issue.

When you start to take an interest in them, you quickly realize that investment in ecological projects is clearly insufficient. However, there is no shortage of innovative initiatives and there are many project ideas to start the energy transition and relocate the economy.

We are setting up a website that brings together project creators and a community of dynamic and positive people, while allowing people with limited means to participate in the launch of great adventures. This is what motivates me the most.

Course: professional license at the IUT of Metz, License 3 in Computer Science at the University of Metz. 9 years of experience as a software and web developer.

Interests: I’ m addicted to The X-Files, Mario Kart, Football Manager, Jurassic Park and a whole bunch of manga and comics. So I haven’t changed much for 20 years. I also love sunflower seeds and playing futsal with nice people.

Adrien Dehelly

Co-founder, legal director, responsible for metaphors

Motivation: passionate about entrepreneurship, innovation and creativity in general, my ambition is to find ways to make social entrepreneurs successful or to make entrepreneurs more social.

We aim to help two types of projects: those which have a good business model but which also seek to have positive effects on the world around them, and those which have positive effects but lack the means to develop them. . Crowdfunding as a vector of communication, testing and of course funding is for me the best opportunity to develop social entrepreneurship.

Course: Master in Law at the Catholic University of Lille, Master in Management at Audencia Nantes. 3 years of banking experience.

Interests: apart from my interest in entrepreneurship and green tourism, I am passionate about history and politics. I sometimes play squash and indoor football, I also occasionally play rugby but only between December and March, in a bar and with a beer in my hand.

Frederic joseph

Managing Director, business development – Responsible for opening up to the world

Motivation : I am fully aware that I have been very lucky in my personal and professional life, and now wish to share my experience and my energy to help improve the world. Vast ambition that begins with small gestures, commitments and encounters, such as those of my partners at WE DO GOOD. I love WE DO GOOD’s ambitious project, to help change finance to change the world. Everything is in the name WE DO GOOD which evokes collaborative action, daring and social responsibility. These values can be found in the support for ethical entrepreneurs, ambitious for themselves and for their environment, which we offer on our platform in order to finance their projects for the future.

Background: After getting my Master in Law and being graduated from Sciences Po Paris, I completed the HEC executive management program and launched the digital marketing activities of Publicis group in France. Having moved to London in 2005, I created and managed the online advertising network Zed digital, a subsidiary of Publicis, before taking the presidency of Performics EMEA, a performance marketing agency. In 2015 I launched the UK subsidiary of S4M, a start up specialized in mobile and geotargeting. I then moved to the US based in NYC to launch their North American subsidiary. In 2018 I returned to London to lead the data marketing structure of Artefact. In parallel with my activities at WE DO GOOD, I launched P&P Capital, a business angel structure with a focus on the areas of ethics, social responsibility and sustainable development. I am also teaching digital culture at SciencesPo Paris since 2019.

Interests : passionate about Political Science and literature, I spend my time reading and recommending my reading. I am also passionate about old classic cars and motorbikes, and I am lucky enough to own a few examples, in driving condition or not…

Helene Meneuvrier

Responsible for the code and questioning

Motivation : I am convinced that our future can only be envisaged by being generous of ourselves but thrifty of the world. For 15 years, I have tried to align my actions with my values: AMAP, earth-straw construction, 5 “R”, washable diapers, second hand etc. Investor in WE DO GOOD since its origin, I have always dreamed of joining the team so that my professional life allows me to take action to help projects with a positive impact.

Mission : Get Emilien out of his isolation by laughing at his dev jokes.

Course : DUT Communication Service and Networks in Laval, Multimedia Designer-Director Diploma from the Gobelins school, Paris. 15 years of experience as a software and web developer.

Interests: Linocut , very good beer, plain wines and the good food that goes with them, textile upcycling, reading and above all playing hide and seek with my daughter ❤️. I also anticipated the retirement that I am not sure I will have by going on 2 long-haul bus trips in Asia and South America.

Victoria groc

Account manager and open-mind

Motivations : Wishing to integrate a start-up that places sustainable development issues at the heart of its strategy, I am seduced by the values and the desire of WE DO GOOD to activate finance with positive impacts.
In addition, I have always admired the course of entrepreneurs, I sincerely wish to contribute to their success through WE DO GOOD!

Missions : Support and advise project leaders in their financing procedures.

Background : Bachelor in Business and Entrepreneurship at Audencia Bachelor during which I joined different companies and start-ups for Business Development and Digital Marketing missions during internships.

Interests : I am very interested in the world of entrepreneurship and ecology. Beyond that, I particularly like traveling to immerse myself in other cultures, see beautiful sunsets, eat tapas and spend time with my friends.

Heloise Perat

Design manager and graphic terminator

Motivations : I see a lot of people around me questioning their professional choices, seeking meaning in their work. I want to think about it now because for me, it is essential to do a job that corresponds to my values of ecology and mutual aid. For my end-of-year internship, I was therefore seduced by WE DO GOOD. I was able to join a caring, dynamic and optimistic team having a positive impact on the world!

Mission : I am in charge of missions related to graphic design, webdesign and I support Emilien and Hélène in coding missions. I am also training in web eco-design.

Interests : Everything manual! Drawing, sewing, DIY, baking … and the things in life that are fun, like a nap in the sun!

Lorris Rabouin

Communication and musical culture project manager

Motivations : Aiming to combine entrepreneurship and positive impact in my professional and school career, WE DO GOOD was evident in my desire to flourish in an innovative start-up. What drives me on a daily basis is being able to contribute at my level to change things now and in the future … And what better way to do this than to meet entrepreneurs who want to act for the environment and promote the financing of precursor projects of change.

Missions : My role within WE DO GOOD consists of managing social networks and supporting Susana on the various communication and marketing projects.

Background: Graduated from a BTS Communication, I am currently in Communication, Marketing, Events at ENC.

Interests : Passionate about music of all kinds, I collect vinyl records and play the piano, I also like to share my passion and introduce my friends to some musical nuggets. I like to meet people, go out with my friends, enjoy the simple things, like good food.

I am also very athletic, and have been playing football for many years and combat sports for a short time as I like the very good values that emerge from it.

Basim Es Samri

Chargée d’accompagnement et de la cuisine italienne

Motivation : Passionné du mouvement de l’économie collaborative positive, de l’impact investing, je fais partie de ceux qui aiment se projeter dans une société où l’argent servirait à soutenir des projets qui ont un sens. Chez WE DO GOOD, nous avons l’opportunité de remettre la finance au service de l’économie réelle. J’ai intégré WE DO GOOD lors de mon stage de master 1, et j’ai trouvé une équipe qui comme moi, place les valeurs humaines et éthiques, la réussite et la collaboration au sommet de ses principes.

Missions : Accompagner et conseiller les investisseurs et les porteurs de projet dans leurs démarches de financement/investissement.

Parcours : Master en Affaires Publiques, spécialisé sur le lien entre les nouvelles technologies et les politiques publiques à Sciences Po Paris

Centres d’intérêt : J’aime beaucoup voyager, explorer le monde et ses différentes cultures. Je suis passionné par la cuisine italienne et pendant mon temps libre, j’aime jouer et entraîner les enfants au football. De plus, j’aime faire des rencontres, sortir avec mes amis et passer des bons moments en famille.

Lucas Durand

Responsible for the code and the joy of living

Motivation : I was looking for a work-study program, my wish was to join a start-up full of desire and energy with strong values. It was then that I met WE DO GOOD, an innovative start-up that perfectly meets what I am looking for. We live in a world that must be saved, and for that, we need committed people. I am therefore ready to be alongside WE DO GOOD.

Missions : I support Emilien and Hélène through the various projects in the field of computer code.

Background: After my economic and social baccalaureate, I joined Campus Academy, the digital school. I am currently in the third year of the Bachelor to obtain the diploma of designer application developer. During my years of study, I first had my first experience in a web agency in the field of SEO and web integration.

Areaof interest : I spend my time watching football, a sport that has fascinated me for almost 10 years. I also like to be interested in new technologies and in the world of Internet in general. I also love to bake good cakes for my family. And I really wish I could travel and one day go to Canada because it is a country that I particularly like!

Lena Cuoq

Support and associative involvement officer

Motivations : I was looking for an internship with a mission that makes sense, that has an impact on the world. I really liked WE DO GOOD, both in terms of its concept and its values. I was also won over by a dynamic and inspiring team. I am delighted to be a part of it.

Missions : Support and advise project leaders in their financing procedures.
The humanitarian projects that I have been able to carry out have enabled me to improve my sense of organization, my interpersonal skills and my listening skills.

Background: I am currently in master’s degree in management after obtaining a double degree in management accounting and economics, management and ethics.

Interests : I have always been drawn to different cultures. I love discovering new activities (and new dishes too). I also like plants, running and museums. Optimistic and committed by nature, I am involved in several associations. I have also started a vegetarian approach.

Pauline de Villèle

Investment / financing and gourmet support manager

Motivations : I am convinced that finance can and must be a lever for positive impact. I have therefore always wanted to combine economic pragmatism and the social ideal in my work. Today one of the tools that seems to be lacking in positive impact activators is the appropriate financial instrument. And I found WE DO GOOD to do my end of studies internship. Reconnect finance with the common good! What do you need?

Missions : Support investors and project leaders in their approach for ever more positive impacts!

Background: After studying law and development economics, I joined the Grande Ecole d’Audencia course where I studied corporate finance. I did internships in CSR consulting and in Ivory Coast before choosing more operational missions within WE DO GOOD.

Interests : Very traveling, I explored many beautiful corners of the world: Cambodia, Ivory Coast, Lebanon, Colombia … The idea this year is to discover France a little more with my bike: Lake Annecy, Bordeaux-Perpignan …
The confinement made me rediscover the joys of reading and baking: tarte tatin, tiramisu, madeleines … 😋
