We plan to deploy the comprehensive platform ‘Ormiga’, connecting individual and business customers, suppliers and service providers, offering applications dedicated to each.

This initiative will expand our reach to meet the growing market demand while introducing innovative features. Initially focused on the markets of florists and tomb maintenance services.

   Ormiga: Provides a bridge to quality services:

Ormiga acts as a bridge between customers, suppliers and service providers, ensuring a smooth and transparent experience for all involved.

We wish to raise at least € 62,400 and maximum € 208,000.

Much of your investment will be used for the development and implementation of the full Ormiga platform, and your investment will also be used to fund marketing expenses and operational activities.

Investing in our company also offers the opportunity to receive royalties, which allows us to benefit from our long-term success. In short, investing in our company represents a promising opportunity, if our forecasted revenue is realized, supported by a strong team, strong values and a booming market.

 

In exchange for investments, the investor receives a share of Ormiga Services’ quarterly turnover for 5 years.

All investors will receive 3% of the turnover for € 208,000 (maximum) invested. Your share will be proportional to your investment.

Structure Ormiga

Ormiga Services is a SAS of the social and solidary economy, created in January 2023, with a share capital of € 2,000. It is represented by Franck Rousseau as president who holds 90% of the shares, and by Daniel Peraza and Yennifer Abreu who each hold 5% of the shares. Together, the 3 co-founders own 100% of the company.

Ormiga creates employment opportunities for deliverymen, for example, 85 deliverymen will be needed in a city like Lyon. These carriers would have the flexibility to work their own schedules and manage their business independently, promoting diversity and inclusion, and supporting training and professional development. In addition, agents and suppliers could take advantage of the flexibility offered by our platform to develop their activities on their own terms. This would promote a more balanced work environment that is tailored to the individual needs of each participant.

Living conditions

Independent deliverers, agents and suppliers would benefit from a significant improvement in their living conditions thanks to Ormiga. By offering them the opportunity to work flexibly, they could more easily reconcile their professional and personal lives. In addition, by generating additional income, our platform would help improve their overall standard of living.

Our sustainable approach is distinguished by our partnership with a cargo bike manufacturer and microcredit provider, offering our users an easy way to get a cargo bike for their deliveries. In addition, our algorithm will favor users engaged in environmentally friendly practices by granting them a slight advantage: the possibility to recieve orders a few minutes before they are accessible to all.

A cargo bike produces on average only 62 grams of CO2 per kilometre driven, while a diesel utility emits 465 grams of CO2 for the same distance.

This significant reduction in greenhouse gas emissions contributes to the fight against climate change and the preservation of our cities.

Our main application, accessible via web and mobile, allows customers to browse our full catalog, place orders and manage their profiles. Customers can easily select the products they want, choose their delivery city to promote local products and encourage local commerce, and track their orders in real time.

 

Intended for our delivery and service agents, this application allows them to consult deliveries lists and for graves maintenance requests, accept new mandates, communicate with customers and suppliers, and manage their profiles. It offers a user-friendly interface for efficient delivery and service management.

 

For our suppliers, this application offers access to their back-shop (marketplace), order list, order queue and delivery requests. They can manage their products and orders, create new delivery requests and communicate with customers and deliverers to ensure smooth distribution.

Thanks to these dedicated applications, Ormiga guarantees an efficient and transparent distribution of its products and services, while offering an optimal user experience to all the actors involved.

Our business model is based on a system of commissions on the various transactions made and its origin on our platform:

If ORMIGA SERVICES realizes its forecast, the return for each investor will be 200,00 % gross to 5 years.

What happens if the forecast is not reached?

When do payments start?
The Royalty is transferred over a period of 5 years from 01/10/2024 and will be paid to investors on a quarterly basis.
