With 360°, we’re installing Luxembourg’s first indoor surfing wave. The need is growing among surf enthusiasts and people looking for innovative aquatic activities that are accessible all year round.
Our project is accessible to all. Children to senior citizens alike can enjoy surfing in complete safety.
By combining a wave machine from Wavesurfer, a global wave supplier with over 50 projects to its credit, and a catering experience with a southern Mediterranean theme, we will create a unique place in Luxembourg that will stand out not only for the activities it offers, but also for its warm welcome and excellent menu.
THE FUNDRAISING
We would like to raise a minimum of €200,000 to increase our borrowing capacity with banking institutions to raise the amount needed to open the location. Our financing needs include :
1- Final design, construction and layout of the complex (infrastructure, wave machine installation, catering area)
2- Equipment and furnishings for the surfing and restaurant areas.
3- Job creation based on fair remuneration

Return on investment
Receive a share of 360° sales every quarter for 5 years.

ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT
►Preservation of resources
Water: Water circulates in a closed circuit, so water losses from the pool are minimal. However, we are committed to creating an exemplary installation to avoid any type of uncontrolled water leakage.
Electricity: The wave’s electricity consumption is our main energy expense. We are committed to establishing a green contract based on 100% renewable energy, with a local electricity supplier.
► Ecoresponsible product & service
To validate our commitments, we have opted for Luxembourg SDK certification.
The SDK label is a recognized quality label for sustainable resource management in companies and institutions, awarded under the patronage of the Luxembourg environmental administration, the Luxembourg Chamber of Trade and the Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce.
Only companies that put into practice the detailed waste management scheme developed by the SDK are awarded the quality label and are thus “Label priméiert”.
The SDK label is certified in accordance with the international ISO 14024:2000 standard. This certification includes, among other things, the inspection procedure and the requirements to be met by the inspectors. As a result, waste management in SDK-labeled companies fully complies with the requirements of ISO 14024.
Compliance with the criteria is checked once a year at companies and institutions. Candidates who have held the label for five years without interruption are awarded a diploma. Successful candidates are then audited only every two years.

MARKET, CUSTOMERS & POSITIONING
We are positioned in the sports entertainment market with a unique offering.
The sports market is worth 642 million euros a year in Luxembourg (Statec figures Regard 17-21, 2021). It’s growing by 0.5% a year.
Our main customers are families who want to introduce children to an activity, 18-35 year-olds who want to do something in a friendly, relaxing setting, and companies who want to do teambuildings.
360° stands out from its competitors thanks to in-depth market research and analysis of similar establishments in other European countries, trusted partners who support us in developing and sustaining the business, the founders’ presence in Luxembourg for over 10 years and in-depth knowledge of the country and its networks.
CONCURRENCES
360° will be Luxembourg’s first indoor surf wave.
We are positioned in the sports and entertainment market. In terms of direct competition, we can list indoor sports activities (badminton, squash, padel, fall simulator…) and entertainment activities (escape game, bowling, laser tag, VR, cinema…). 360° is positioned at the frontier of these complementary markets, and enjoys a larger market share.
Luxembourg is a strategic location because there is no direct competition within a radius of at least 200 km. To find the first indoor surf wave, we have to go to Antwerp, and to Mons for an outdoor wave.
In indirect competition, we can mention HORECA’s offerings in Luxembourg. Our strategy is to set ourselves apart with an authentic catering offer, so that we can provide a venue that meets the needs of our customers, whether they’re looking to play sport or simply to eat and be entertained.
Our aim is to establish ourselves as a sports venue in our own right, and to be at the top of the list of places when a customer wants to do an activity in Luxembourg.
MARKETING STRATEGY
Our business model is based on B2C consumption within our facility, grouped into two main categories explained below:
We offer surf sessions with instructors. The wave can accommodate up to 6 people simultaneously on a session and there is the possibility of privatizing it either for individuals (birthdays, EVG/EVJF…), or for companies wishing to organize teambuilding.
We’ll also offer a food and beverage area for athletes and spectators. We’ll also make sure to offer tailor-made quotes for special events to perfectly match our customers’ needs.
Our communication strategy will focus on social networks and local media. We’ll also keep active the networks of contacts we’ve built up over the years.
PARTNERSHIPS
We have already concluded several agreements in principle for project development. We can count on :
– a Luxembourg architect’s office to design the site
– a design office to support us with the calculations required to implement the wave
– a Luxembourg general construction company to manage and carry out the construction work
– an experienced restaurateur to develop the restaurant/snack bar business
– an external consultancy service provided by the Take-Off company to support us with the layout of the site, optimization of the wave and the customer experience.

- initially, the development of entertainment activities ancillary to wave riding.

Your investment
By investing, you subscribe to 360° for a royalty on the company's turnover, proportional to your investment. The total investors will receive 8,00 % from the turnover achieved each year for a fundraising of 300 000,00 €.
If 360° realizes its forecast, the return for each investor will be 54,14 % gross to 5 years.

In the event that the forecast is not reached after 5 years and the activity continues, 360° will continue to pay the royalties until a return of 1,15 times the amount invested is reached.
When do payments start?
The Royalty is transferred over a period of 5 years from 01/10/2025 and will be paid to investors on a quarterly basis.

Team
The people behind this unique project are Jéromine and Valentin, a French expat couple who have made Luxembourg their home!
A sportswoman at heart, burger & cat lover, Jéromine discovered board sports at an early age through skiing, snowboarding and windsurfing. In 2019, she discovered wakesurfing in Annecy and since then, whenever the opportunity arises, she’s not averse to a little ride.
A Franco-Luxembourger since 2023, she has lived and worked in Luxembourg for over 12 years. Jéromine is currently Regional Chief Accountant for the EMEA region at Gates Industrial Europe, an industrial company mainly active in the automotive sector. She has extensive expertise in finance, accounting (statutory and consolidated) and administrative management of a company in Luxembourg, and has also proven her project management and financial strategy skills throughout her career. Meticulous, sunny and ambitious, Jéromine is a sparkling woman you won’t forget!
Born on Lake Annecy, Valentin discovered board sports in 2012 during an outing with his IUT friends, and it’s been with him ever since. Always ready to try out new experiences for fun (wakeboarding, wakesurfing, snowboarding, surfing, kitesurfing, foiling…), he has always dreamed of having a board sports venue close to his home in Luxembourg. A generous man, Valentin has taken dozens of people on board to try out these sports at heart, and has always retained positive memories.
His career path led him to work for 5 years in a Luxembourg construction company in the QHSE (Quality Hygiene Safety Environment) department. He discovered this varied sector and was able to weave numerous connections in the world of craftsmanship (design office, architects, construction management, design-build…).
Following this experience, Valentin turned to a company active in renewable energies, and more specifically in wind turbines. For 2 and a half years, and until recently, Valentin was in charge of the QHSE department, with the main aim of constantly improving the company’s processes and monitoring employee safety. During this enriching experience, Valentin was able to develop skills in staff training, department management and the management of an established strategy.
Today, through the 360° project, Valentin wishes to bring together all these skills learned during his professional career, this time to combine his passion for snow sports with a profitable project.
HISTORY
The project began with a week’s vacation in Grenoble in 2023. Jéromine and Valentin went to an indoor surfing complex to discover the activity.
After two sessions, one of which was improvised, the seed was planted and has since germinated: Jéromine and Valentin are going to open a similar place in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg!
Our anecdote: in 2021, Valentin achieved his first 360° in wakesurfing, hence the name of the company. Jéromine is now beginning to master it, but it takes time too!
360° is one of the first tricks you pull off in board sports when you’re just starting out. With this name, we want to show that these sports are open to all!
